We are a growing nationally recognized full-service accounting, tax, and advisory firm, currently seeking an Executive Assistant in our Philadelphia, PA office. We are among the nation’s top 25 largest accounting firms with over 1,200 partners and staff and 16 offices.
We are currently sourcing for an Executive Assistant who will act as an extension of the partners they support by providing administrative support in order to best leverage the partners’ time and maximize productivity. We require a motivated, independent thinker who knows the business of public accounting who can thrive, grow with our firm and who wants to make a difference and contribute positively to our firm’s future success. Among their tasks, the Executive Assistant will assists partners(s) with internal business disciplines (i.e., Customer Relationship Management (CRM), accuracy of scheduling, Outlook contact and calendar management, preparation for meetings, pipeline (sales opportunity) management, etc.) In addition, the Executive Assistant can assist the partners with tasks such as billings and realization, monitoring of accounts receivable and collections, timely entry of time and expenses, etc. The Executive Assistant will assist with other internal client service tasks and ad hoc projects. The Executive Assistant should be a problem solver, resourcefulness, persistent, and have the ability to complete loosely defined tasks in a proactive manner.
Bachelor Degree preferred, and must have public accounting experience
5+ years in an administrative capacity with partners; comfortable taking direction from multiple people
Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications
Knowledge of CRM systems (Dynamics) and tax workflow software is a plus
Flexibility to work additional hours for busy seasons
Professional both in appearance and demeanor, friendly, outgoing, and personable
Mastery of English language written and verbal
Business acumen and familiarity with sales pursuits
Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment
