Art Museum in Philadelphia is seeking a CFO in a dynamic cultural institution. CFO is responsible for the overall financial management with administrative responsibilities in the areas of HR, Store and Facility management. The CFO works closely with the Executive Director/CEO in a variety of financial, operational, personnel and administrative maters and is responsible for budgets, cost benefit analysis, cash flows, financial statement preparation, compliance, independent audit interface, review of contracts and hands on participation in related activities as required.
The candidate must have experience working with Non Profits and a knowledge of Non Profit GAAP rules, Endowments and possess management experience with HR, facilities and retail. A bachelor's degree and a CPA are required.
